Today we reveal the Top 10 Money Earners from sound clash culture in 2017 these are the people that earn the most from dubs from flyers from all them late nights early mornings lifting speaker box the top 10 people who benefit financially from this thing named sound clash, from all your hard work.

Larry Page: Alphabet CEO (Google owner)

Google eats the most off of any culture whether it be popular or unpopular I won’t bore you with figures however Google is worth more than Apple valued at $498 billion to Apples $493 billion. The greatest thing about Google it’s free and we all benefit from it all of us. Google eating the most off of us but not from us again like I said previous we don’t pay Google.

Larry Page CEO of Alphabet

Youtube eats a large chunk from all the hours and decades of speaker box lifting and flights to Jamaica. We have to salute Youtube it’s become almost invaluable to us all, however, Youtube again owned by Google that is owned by Alphabet who also own Google eats a good food off of soundclash culture and yes maybe if your sound is popular enough you can monetize your videos and eat some food too. Again on behalf of sound system culture Youtube I salute you.

Mark Zuckerberg Facebook CEO

Facebook rolls in at number 3 since Facebook was founded in 2004 it has brought more sound system’s to public attention than any other medium in the history of sound clash so we have to big  Facebook up because without Facebook there would be so many millions of people who would not have a voice all them forum owners who without Facebook would just be another nameless face in the crowd.

Alexander Ljung SoundCloud CEO

Soundcloud unlike the above is free to upload to a point and when you reach that point you got to pay or just open another free account. Eventually, Soundcloud will capture all the content on its site and charge the listener unlike now where you can stream the majority of the content for free. Soundcloud over the past few years has seen a rise in popularity with it now being the go-to site for new clash audio with some people paying Soundcloud up to $90 a month to host content making SoundCloud a major contributor and beneficiary of sound clash culture.

VRA owner Maria Carr

VRA would die without reggae music. Set up originally as a chatroom on PalTalk stealing streams from Sting and other major events but closed down due to allegations of racism. in 2014 VRA grew and with it the accusations against its owner she has been called thief due to failure to provide watchable streams to racist devil worshiper from the owner of Playmaker who she stole from. VRA eats a good food off of sound clash although not in the millions like the above however charging $40 to watch streams of clash events VRA making more than the promoters with no venue, promotion or security overheads. VRA chatroom was closed due to claims of racism by the white owner trying to govern black people in reggae which VRA have tried to carry over when they stream events they try to stop people using their phones in the dance.

Dietrich Mateschitz Red Bull Owner

RedBull Culture Clash the king of soundclashes kept annually in the UK and Austrailia even though it is not a conventional soundclash RedBull Culture Clash is the most well attended well organised, well paid event in the sound clash calendar worldwide. This just might be the future of our culture.

David Rodigan

David Rodigan Finally someone who actually plays music. Rodigan is the highest paid disc jockey in sound system culture and this year 2017 he released his biography bringing his earnings up even more.

Mighty Crown

Mighty Crown finally we have an actual sound on the list. Mighty Crown does own a sound system in Japan and has tried to keep it as real as possible to soundclash culture over the decades even hiring a token black in Ninja. Mighty Crown with the support of Irish and Chin and some corporate backing have reached the ultimate heights in sound system culture and as a result ate a good food off of our culture.

Jill Barnes Promoter

Jill Barnes Canadian promoter and wife of Randy Barnes owner of Rootsman sound. Jill has been eating in Canada for a while out of the soundclash culture due to the low-cost of keeping clashes in Canada. This year she joint hosts Canada Rumble one of Canadas biggest clash events.

If you were expecting to see the faces on the title picture in this list I am sorry to disappoint if you wanted to see the faces of those that rob steal beg and borrow for dubs from overrated over priced artists I apologise for that also. We are Hip Hop but we don’t own Hip Hop we are the NBA and the NFL  we don’t own these either and now we are sound clash however slowly but surely we are we are being controlled and dictated to by others. In the UK this year there has been more clashes on Youtube than in an actual venue. VRA at times had more subscribers online than what was in attendance at the event they were streaming. When your on youtube and in VRA events just like Facebook these people from outside our culture try to govern and rule us like we have no rights in our own culture. Facebook Youtube provide us sound men with a free service that helps more than hinders but people like VRA are just exploiting black people’s love of sound clash and provide a service that with the help of Facebook LIVE individuals provide for free.

This is our culture handed to us from our grandparents when today’s youths reach an age what is gonna be left for us to give them because most of yall don’t own a physical sounds so you won’t be passing more than your sound name and some mp3s plus whatever reputation you built online not much to show for a life in music and 100s of $1000s spent.
